Description: Project consisted of a new 15 story tower located over 2 levels of below grade parking adjacent to the new Sacramento Kings – Golden 1 Arena. Levels 1, 2 and 3 includes 45,000 square feet of lobbies, retail, restaurants, ballroom, meeting rooms, pool and support spaces for the hotel. Level 4 will includes 35,000 square feet of shell office space. Levels 5 – 11 included a high-end 250-room Kimpton Hotel. Levels 12 – 15 included 50 top-floor residential units.
