Description: The new U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) Replacement Facility Project includes approximately 1,000,000SF of new construction which consists of laboratory space, administrative offices and parking. Of the total square footage, approximately 35,000SF is designed as Bio-Safety Level 3 laboratory space. Additionally, approximately 20,000SF of the total square footage is designed for Bio-Safety Level 4 laboratory space.
